• All orders will be immediately handled.
• 99% of orders leave the warehouse within same day of payment; orders placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped the next day.
• We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped out from our facility.
• For pre-sale items, your order will be shipped after the in-stock date.

*Except pre-sale items, which will ship after the date specified for each product. Standard shipping times apply to these items after they become available.

Your order should received within 6-10 business days of your order date.

Once your order has left the warehouse (usually same day after your payment is made) a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you.

We accept all credit cards as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. 

We also offer Pay installments with Shop Pay

We process refunds within 5 business days. Depending on the payment method, it may take a few more days to appear in your account.
